Environmental Policy

Basic Principle

UMC recognizes the environmental protection is the mission imposed on cosmopolitan, we contribute to the realization of humanity respected society and earth friendly environment.

UMC recognizes the Chemical Substance Management to the product is our Mission and we cotribute to the customer's Compliance.

Action Guideline

  1. We tackle Reduction of Environmental Load and Waste, Effective Use of Natural Resources and Prevention of Pollution, legislating, sustaining, fulfilling the Environmental Management System.
  2. We conduct Contonuous Education and Improvement, enacting and revising the Environmental Conservation.
  3. We comply the Laws, Regulations and Ordinances which concern to our Business Activity and Environmental Risk.
  4. We have a proper understanding of Environmental Requirement from Society and Customers as EMS, practice the Reliable and Effective Chemical Substance Management.
  5. As well as we open Environment Policy and Conservation Activity, we educate and enlighten our employees to execute Environment Conservation Activity on their own initiative having them been motivated.
