February 1996 Company established. PCBA operations and related peripheral businesses were transferred from the Storage Systems Division of Hitachi, Ltd.
March 2002 Enterprise storage system assembly operations were transferred from the RAID Systems Division of Hitachi, Ltd.
September 2002 PCBA operations for midrange storage systems were transferred from Hitachi Computer Peripherals Co., Ltd.
